General Terms and Conditions

Rights To Suspend or Terminate.

Payment

Payment must be recieved by us before any material leaves our premises. Unless you have been given account status, where then all accounts and payments due are 30 days from date of purchase. Late accounts or failed payments will be charge £50 late payment fee, and interest at 5% above bank lending rates will be charged on all accounts. All procducts remain the property of CNC Punched Decking until paid for in full.

Telephone Orders will be honoured, but payment MUST be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer same day. Failiure to Pay when Purchasing goods may incurr a £50+ vat Admin Charge, All Payments not recieved within 7 days will be passed directly to our Debt Collection angency who automatically add £150 to the overall Outstanding amount. In short, You trust me to send your Orders when required, even next day, i trust you to pay when you say, simple!

Quoted Lead times and Expected Delivery dates.

From time to time we may incurr a few problems, Stock may be late in arriving, or delivery problems, which are out of our control. Therefore all quoted times and dates are provisional, and quoted with the information we have at the time of the quote, and to the best of our knowledge.

You are advised to Order Early for important or urgent requirements, Remember for certain orders, the material needs to be ordered in, so please give yourselves plenty of time when ordering.

Although we will endeavour to dispatch all orders within the quoted time frame, we cannot be help accountable for problems out of our control.

Customers who purchase the Guaranteed next day service add on on top of their delivery rate will get a complete refund of their delivery charge if we fail to deliver next day. Subject to Stock availability.

Custom Work

If you have asked that we carry out custom work for you the a deposit of half the total amount payable will be required before the work is started, This covers us when customers fail to honour their side of the agreement and pay for the custom work upon completion. Deposits are non refundable should the customer decide that they no longer need the work after its started.

Your Conduct.

You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. Cancellation of Orders and Returns.

We are happy to give you 30 days no quibble Returns Guarantee, If you feel that you are not happy with any aspect of our work or materials. Simply email us at sales@puncheddecking.co.uk  and we'll cancel your order and give you a "Returns" number  which you will need to send with the goods.

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, UK customers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item from the day the contract is made until seven working days have elapsed since the day after goods were received.

To cancel your contract, please notify us in writing within this timescale. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price within 30 days of your cancellation and our terms of contract provide that the item(s) must subsequently be returned. Please package the item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is CNC Punched Decking, Martells Industrial Estate, Hight Easter Road, Great Dunmow, Essex. CM6 1NB,  United Kingdom.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and never use 'return to sender'. We will not accept liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is defective.

If we do not receive the item back from you with all requested details, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence/premises at your cost.
